IMAP has advised Polaris Private Equity as they divest Crendo Fastighetsförvaltning from their portfolio company SSG Group

Crendo Fastighetsförvaltning offers property services and administration to property owners and their customers. Crendo has offices at four locations in Sweden: Halmstad, Linköping, Helsingborg and Växjö. Customers ranges from nationwide real estate companies to local property owners.

SSG was acquired by the Nordic PE fund Polaris in 2019 and in connection with this transaction, the decision was made that Crendo no longer was part of the company’s core business and would have a better development under a different ownership. IMAP was assigned to find a new owner who could continue the development of the company. The process was run during the spring and summer of 2020 and in September a transaction was completed with PHM Group.

PHM Group is a Nordic group of companies specialising in real estate maintenance and repairs. PHM Group is a network of strong local companies with local expertise and extensive experience in the field. PHM Group is owned by the Norwegian PE company Norvestor together with the Finnish PE company Intera.
