Capstone Headwaters advises Sani-Tech West, Inc. on its sale to 3i Group

Capstone Headwaters advised Sani-Tech West, Inc. (“STW” or the “Company”), a manufacturer and distributor of medical components, on its sale to CTS Bioprocessing, a portfolio company of 3i Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1991, STW is a leading U.S.-based manufacturer, distributor and integrator of single-use, high-purity bioprocessing systems and components used in the manufacture of biotechnology and pharmaceutical drugs. Operating in Southern California, STW designs, develops, and manufactures single-use solutions including bottle assemblies, aseptic transfer systems, caps, flasks, tubes and clamps. The Company’s customers include many of the leading domestic and international biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
