IMAP Italy (Vitale & Co.) advised F2i SGR S.p.A. and HAT Orizzonte SGR S.p.A. in the sale of their entire stake (approx. equal to 25.7%) in SIA S.p.A., a leading Italian company operating in the monetics sector, to CDP Equity S.p.A.
