Capstone Headwaters advises Milrose Consultants on its partnership with Southfield Capital

Capstone Headwaters advised Milrose Consultants (“Milrose”) on its partnership with Southfield Capital.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed.   

Based in New York City and founded in 1988, Milrose is a premier provider of building code compliance and consulting solutions that caters to the Class A commercial real estate market. For the past 30 years, Milrose has earned a reputation as the industry leader in the tri-state area and has consulted on iconic buildings or real estate developments such as Macy’s Herald Square, Madison Square Garden, 30 Rockefeller Plaza and Hudson Yards, among many others.

Southfield Capital, a private equity firm based in Greenwich, CT, has invested successfully in lower middle market businesses since 2002.  It invests in exceptional, growing companies in the lower middle market and works collaboratively with owners and managers to take their businesses to the next level.
