Capstone Headwaters advises ABC Industries on its acquisition by Branford Castle Partners

Capstone Headwaters, a leading international investment banking firm, advised ABC Industries, Inc. (“ABC”), a portfolio company of CID Capital, on its acquisition by Branford Castle Partners. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.   

Headquartered in Warsaw, IN, ABC is a niche market leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality flexible ventilation solutions and technical fabrics. Its products are essential for industrial ventilation, industrial textiles, underground mining, and tunneling. While highly durable, its products are often replaced regularly.

Headquartered in New York City, Branford Capital Partners is a pre-eminent private market investor. They are focused on working with already strong companies that typically have under $100MM in sales. Since Branford’s founding in 1986, their mission has been to work with companies to maximize their potential, both in terms of strengthening operations and facilitating growth.
