​IMAP Brazil (Brasilpar)​ advised Zoetis on sale of pharmaceutical plant to União Química

​IMAP Brazil (Brasilpar)​ is pleased to announce that Zoetis, the largest animal health company worldwide, sold its 144,000 m2 pharmaceutical plant in Guarulhos, São Paulo, to Brazilian pharmaceutical company União Química. The transaction also involved a manufacturing and supply agreement between the parties, according to which União Química will be responsible for the manufacturing of Zoetis’ products.
