UNION, a Swiss group of specialized digital agencies, has acquired novu. UNION unites independent firms focused on delivering digital communication and brand experience solutions that drive measurable business impact.

With novu’s teams in Zurich, Bern, and Basel, UNION gains additional depth in technical and digital implementation expertise. The acquisition supports the group’s strategy centered on specialization, collaboration, and disciplined growth supported by clear market positioning.

Following the transaction, UNION now comprises more than 110 employees across five agencies—Neustadt, novu, Gold Interactive, Motion Inn, and Pure—making it one of the largest owner-managed agency groups in the Swiss communications market.
