Ali Drissi is an Investment Banking Associate at Ascent Capital Partners, with experience in M&A and Corporate Finance across North Africa and Europe. He is involved in the execution of complex transactions, working alongside management teams, investors, and advisors throughout the entire deal process.

Prior to joining Ascent Capital Partners, Ali was an Associate at Societex (Adviso Group), where he contributed to a range of mandates including sell-side processes, acquisitions, and fundraisings. Through his experience, he has developed exposure to multiple sectors, notably logistics, packaging, industrials, consumer goods, and technology.

Ali has developed solid expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring, with a strong analytical approach and attention to detail.

Ali holds a Master’s degree in Management, with a specialization in Corporate Finance, from IESEG Paris.
