Degroof Petercam – IMAP France advises Normatrans' shareholders, including PE fund NCI, on the sale of their 100% stake to the Malherbe group

With this transaction, Degroof Petercam confirms its expertise in the Transport & Logistics sector and its ability to assist private equity funds in the successful sale of their businesses.

IMAP is pleased to announce that Degroof Petercam – IMAP France has assisted Normatrans’ shareholders, including the Private Equity fund NCI, on the sale of their 100% stake to the Malherbe group.

A competitive sale process led to the selection of one of the leading transport companies in France, the Malherbe group. This transaction is part of the group's ambition to build an independent and leading French transport and logistics group, to strengthen its regional network and to consolidate its expertise in the field of parcel delivery.
