Sequana Medical successfully raised €28 million in a private placement of 5,167,268 new shares, representing approximately 27.8% of the company’s outstanding shares. The shares were placed at a price of €5.50 per share, reflecting no discount compared to the last stock price. The closing press release was published on March 8, 2022.
