Vitale & Co. advised Olimpia 2018 S.p.A. and Corob on financing

Corob is one of the leading companies in the manufacturing of tinting equipment and systems for the paint, coatings and automotive industries

Olimpia 2018 S.p.A. and its subsidiary Corob have executed a capital and financial strengthening project, with the support of the shareholders Ardian and Wise and the creditor banks.

The Corob Group, active on the market for over 35 years, is an Italian group based in San Felice sul Panaro (MO) that boasts direct presence in over 15 countries worldwide and production plants located in Italy, India and Canada. Corob is one of the leading companies in the manufacturing of tinting equipment and systems for the paint, coatings and automotive industries with a turnover of approx. €80 m and 650 employees.

Vitale acted as financial advisor to Olimpia 2018 S.p.A. and Corob.
