Algo S.p.A. has executed a capital and financial strengthening project, with the support of the shareholders and the creditor banks.

Algo S.p.A. has executed a capital and financial strengthening project, with the support of the shareholders (the private equity fund Ardian, one of the company founder and the management) and the creditor banks.

Based in Albavilla (CO), Algo S.p.A. has been developing, producing and distributing electric window regulators and handles for cars and industrial vehicles for over 60 years. Company’s addressable market is mainly the aftermarket. Algo has plants in Italy and Poland, with a presence also in Mexico and strong partnerships in Asia and the United States.

In 2020, Algo S.p.A. achieved a turnover of about €34 million and employs about 180 people.

Vitale & Co. acted as financial advisor to Algo S.p.A..
