Parcom Capital (“Parcom”) and the management of PlastChem B.V. (“PlastChem” or the “Company”) have agreed on the acquisition of PlastChem, a specialised developer and manufacturer of tailor-made PVC compounds for B2B customers across Northwestern Europe. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

With over 40 years of experience, PlastChem is a niche PVC compounder serving blue-chip customers with high-performance, customer-specific solutions, including both virgin and hybrid (recycled) compounds.

The partnership with Parcom marks the next phase of growth, supporting investments in capacity, innovation, and selective buy-and-build. This will further strengthen PlastChem’s product offering, accelerate organic growth, and reinforce its position as a trusted supplier of high-quality PVC compounds.
