Advised on acquisition of stake in sugar producer Corum Seker
Danista Capital Partners acted as buy-side advisor to Atakan Sinan Safi, Alpaslan Safi, Ümit Safi and Faruk Safi on the acquisition of the entire shareholdings held by Safi Kati Yakit, Mustafa Hakan Safi and Cengiz Safi in Çorum Seker Fabrikasi. The acquisition was completed as part of a broader multi-transaction ownership restructuring process.
Çorum Seker Fabrikasi is a producer of sugar and related agricultural products operating one of Türkiye's established sugar manufacturing facilities.
