Deal Announcement - Infrastructure - BrightRoof Solar
BrightRoof Solar, owned by CarbonFree Technology and Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure, has been sold to Potentia Renewables.
The BrightRoof Solar portfolio consists of sixty-two solar PV electricity generation projects, 57 roof-mounted and 5 groundmounted, located in Southern Ontario (Canada). The full portfolio of assets generates over 18MWdc per year of clean energy. Twelve of the projects are wholly owned by CarbonFree and CCL Infra, and fifty of the projects are owned in partnership with the Metis Nation of Ontario (“MNO”), who will continue to hold their portion of the portfolio.
Potentia Renewables is a fully integrated developer, owner, and operator of renewable energy with 700+ rooftop solar operations that generates close to 200MW.
