IMAP Sweden advises on sale of occupational health services company TEAM Hälso & Friskvård. Investment company Stockwik Förvaltning has acquired TEAM Hälso & Friskvård. 

TEAM Hälso & Friskvård specializes in providing occupational health services to private and public companies, as well as insurance companies. Founded in 1988, the company offers its customers a comprehensive range of services within occupational health, including exercise and physiotherapy. The founders, Martin Pålsson and Ulrika Lanner, as well as other existing management, will remain in the company. 

Stockwik Förvaltning is an investment company with a portfolio of stable and profitable small to mid-sized Swedish companies. 

The IMAP Sweden team acted as sole financial advisor to TEAM Hälso & Friskvård.
