STRT Holding Plc. has successfully completed its initial public offering and listing on the Standard category of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE), representing an uplisting from the BSE Xtend market. The transaction completed in December 2025.

Founded in 2022, STRT Holding is a Central European investment company operating across two complementary activities: early-stage technology investment, with more than 100 investments completed to date, and leadership and entrepreneurship education through its academies, which have trained more than 6,500 participants. The company aims to become a key player in the regional startup ecosystem, supporting the development of internationally competitive domestic and regional companies.

The IPO was supported by successful institutional bookbuilding and a public retail offering, reflecting investor confidence in STRT Holding's growth model and regional positioning.
