Advised GIA Investments on the sale of a 100% stake in its group of companies to MJM Holdings
Trigon - IMAP Poland acted as the sole financial advisor to GIA Investments on the sale of a 100% stake in its group of companies to MJM Holdings, a portfolio company of Corsair Capital. This acquisition represents one of the largest insurance brokerage deals in Poland to date and one of the most significant transactions in the broader insurance distribution value chain. The transaction will strengthen MJM Group’s position in the brokerage market and, following consolidation, is expected to bring the Group’s total annual gross written premium to over PLN 1.5 billion, with GIA’s companies contributing approximately PLN 410 million. The deal involves five companies – Polska Grupa Brokerska, GSU Polisa, BD Advisory and Assistance, International Brokers Group, and GSU Centrum Usug Wspólnych, serving approximately 250,000 clients.
