Bankmonitor Management Team Completes Minority Management Buy-Out
The management team of Bankmonitor, a leading Hungarian financial products comparison platform, has completed a minority management buy-out of the business, supported by acquisition financing arranged as part of the transaction. The transaction completed in June 2025.
IMAP Hungary advised the Bankmonitor management team on both the buy-out and the related acquisition financing.
