The Cornaro family, through its holding company Corpendius, has acquired the 19.6% stake in Cornèr Bank previously held by the Piotrkowski-Dollfus family, a historical shareholder of the group. The transaction increases the Cornaro family's shareholding from 80.1% to 99.7%, consolidating full founding family control of the institution.

Headquartered in Lugano, Switzerland, Cornèr Bank is an independent Swiss private bank with a long history of family ownership and a focus on private banking, card services, and asset management.

The transaction represents a natural step in the long-term ownership evolution of the group, allowing the founding family to assume complete control and align governance fully with its strategic vision for the bank.
