The transaction forms part of Consolid's broader strategy to build a pan-European intellectual property advisory platform under the Petra Group brand.

De Vries & Metman is one of the Netherlands' leading independent patent attorney firms, offering specialist expertise across patent prosecution, litigation support, and intellectual property advisory services to a diverse range of corporate and institutional clients.

By joining the Petra Group platform, De Vries & Metman gains access to a broader European network spanning the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Sweden, while retaining local autonomy. Together, the participating firms offer clients a wider range of expertise, deeper technical knowledge, and seamless cross-border support — creating a strong foundation for further European expansion.
