Trigon (IMAP Poland) acted as the sole financial advisor to Comarch S.A. on signing a conditional agreement with CGI ISMC (Polska) Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of CGI, one of the world’s largest independent IT and business consulting services firms, for the sale of Comarch’s Public Sector business. Following completion, the transaction will represent another milestone in Comarch’s strategic review, enabling the company to strengthen its focus on key growth areas while entrusting Poland’s public sector digital transformation to a global technology partner. The transaction is expected to close in late 2025 or early 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, including consent from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). This deal continues our long-standing collaboration with Comarch and CVC Capital Partners, supporting their growth and portfolio optimization strategy.
