Banyan Software, an international group specialising in the acquisition and long-term development of vertical software companies, has acquired M3 Informática, a Spanish provider of human resources management software for public sector organisations. The transaction marks Banyan Software's first acquisition in Spain.

Founded in 1990, M3 Informática has spent more than 35 years supporting regional, provincial, and local public administrations across Spain in the digitalisation and optimisation of their people management processes. Its SAINT platform has become a reference solution in the sector, with particularly strong penetration among healthcare administration bodies. The company's deep regulatory knowledge and long-standing institutional relationships underpin a loyal and recurring customer base.

The acquisition provides M3 with access to Banyan Software's international expertise and financial resources to accelerate product innovation and development, while preserving the continuity of the business and the accumulated knowledge of its team.
