Serkan Yaman holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Turkey. He began his career in 2003 as an independent auditor, gaining valuable experience in financial reporting, compliance, and assurance services. 

Since 2008, he has been providing corporate finance advisory services at Danista Capital Partners, where he became a Partner in 2013. In this role, he has led numerous M&A transactions and strategic financial consulting engagements across a wide range of industries, including food, healthcare, energy, services, port operations, textiles, manufacturing, heavy industry, and the automotive and supplier sectors.

Over the course of his career, he has advised hundreds of clients, delivering hands-on support in both sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions. He has also provided expert guidance to over 20 companies during their IPO processes, supporting them through the complexities of capital markets. His core strengths include financial analysis, problem solving, project finance, and Export Credit Agency (ECA)-backed loan structuring. Known for his client-focused approach and strategic insight, Serkan is a trusted advisor to both mid-sized and large enterprises.
