Sarp Vardarizi manages cross-sector national and international buy and sell side M&A mandates.

Sarp Vardarizi joins IMAP from Metzler Bank, where he acted as Director and successfully set up the IndustrialTech Group. Prior to that, he spent several years at Banco Santander in Frankfurt and Madrid. Further career stops include Network Corporate Finance and MCF Corporate Finance. Sarp studied Business and Electrical Engineering at TU Darmstadt and holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen.

He has around 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance advisory. Based in Frankfurt, he is responsible for advising mid-market companies on company sales, acquisitions and strategic transactions, particularly in the IndustrialTech sector.
