Niels is a Director at IMAP Netherlands and has extensive experience in corporate finance in the broadest sense. Through his assurance experience at a renowned accounting firm, he gained substantial knowledge from auditing mid-sized companies. In 2017, Niels made the transition to corporate finance, and since then, in a leadership role, he has successfully completed numerous transactions.

Within IMAP Netherlands, Niels guides buy-side and sell-side transactions from start to finish. He combines experience with a results-driven approach and serves as a committed sparring partner to entrepreneurs and shareholders in the industrial, software & ICT and business services sectors.
