Marko is an Associate in Carner Corporate Finance's M&A team. He works on information memorandums, financial modelling, company and industry analysis, valuations, market research and the coordination of due diligence processes, with a transaction focus on the ICT and infrastructure sectors.

Marko joined Carner in 2026 from KPMG Corporate Finance. He holds an MSc in Finance from Aalto University School of Business.
