INVERLINK - IMAP Colombia advises Omni on securing a $100 million structured finance facility

Omni is a data-driven lending Fintech company focused on providing working capital solutions to SMEs in Colombia and Chile and has a robust business plan for growth in Latin America

IMAP is pleased to announce that INVERLINK - IMAP Colombia has advised Omnilatam S.A.S. (“Omni”) on securing a $100 million structured finance facility from Gramercy, an emerging markets investment manager based in the US.
Omni is a data-driven lending Fintech company focused on providing working capital solutions to SMEs in Colombia and Chile and has a robust business plan for growth in Latin America. The main purpose of this debt facility is to further expand the company’s operations in Colombia, as well as its product offering.

This new alliance between Omni and Gramercy clearly reflects the momentum and dynamism of the ever-growing Colombian Fintech market.

The INVERLINK - IMAP Colombia team, led by Felipe Camacho, acted as financial advisor to Omni throughout the process, ensuring favorable conditions and terms that will leverage Omni’s operations and propel its future growth.
