Piatti Freschi Italia was created in 2002 as a joint venture between the Beretta Group and the French group Fleury Michon. The company is specialized in ready meals with a wide range of fresh ready meals and snacks through its brands Viva la Mamma and Vogliazzi.
Vitale has acted as financial advisor to Beretta Group.
