Capstone Partners advised Bessemer Investors (Bessemer) on its closing of a senior secured credit facility for Legacy Restoration (Legacy or the Company), the proceeds of which funded the acquisition of the Company. The financing was led by Tree Line Capital and Bridge Bank.
Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Plymouth, MN, Legacy Restoration is a leading insurance restoration and remodeling company, primarily serving the major metropolitan markets of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Chicagoland and Denver. Legacy provides a suite of products and services including roofing, window replacements, siding, gutters and storm damage restoration. The Company serves a variety of end markets including residential, multifamily, and commercial.
