IMAP continues supporting Habeo Group’s growth strategy implementation with two major acquisitions

Inwido expands its premium offering in Sweden via Småland-based acquisition

Habeo Group broadens its HEVAC maintenance and service capabilities in the capital region by acquiring Pasilan LVIS-Palvelut (11.6.2025) and Helsingin LVI-huolto (24.9.2025). With these acquisitions, Habeo now has an even stronger presence in renovation and service in HMA in the capital region.

Pasilan LVIS-Palvelut and Helsingin LVI-huolto both provide a comprehensive range of HEVAC services, including HVAC contracting as well as maintenance work and service to hundreds of housing cooperatives, commercial clients and the public sector. Both companies operate in Uusimaa, focusing on the Helsinki metropolitan area, and currently employ c. 70 persons in total, generating annual revenues of over €15 million. Following the transactions, both companies continue to operate under their own names, brands and management while benefiting from Habeo Group’s support, expertise and resources.

Habeo Group is one of the largest building installation services companies in Finland. The group is composed of several locally operating subsidiaries together with a group management team. Habeo has operations nationwide and provides services in water and heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical works, cooling and refrigeration, fire safety, security, and building automation.

Pasilan LVIS-Palvelut and Helsingin LVI-huolto mark the 13th and 14th acquisitions respectively where Carner Corporate Finance has advised Habeo Group. The client relationship started with Habeo’s majority owner, Triton, in 2021-2022, when the first group companies were acquired, and has since continued with Habeo Group’s management to this day.
