IMAP Portugal advises healthcare group José de Mello Saúde on a €33 million financing contract
The Portuguese Healthcare services provider signed a financing contract with Bank of China with average term of four years in the amount of €33 million
IMAP is pleased to announce that Portuguese Healthcare services provider José de Mello Saúde S.A. signed a financing contract with Bank of China with average term of four years in the amount of €33 million.
This medium and long term financing was fully used to refinancing a 30 million Schuldschein Loan contracted in October 2017 and with an average maturity of around three years.
This transaction contributes to José de Mello Saúde S.A. financial strategy which is focused on reducing refinancing risk, diversifying funding sources and extending the average maturity of its debt.
