Vitec Software Group AB (publ) acquired 97,2 % of the shares in the Norwegian software company Agrando AS. Agrondo AS offers industry specific software for the management and operations of churches in the Nordics, with Norway and Sweden as its primary markets. The company has revenues of MSEK 42 with an EBITDA of ca. MSEK 5.5 in 2017. The deal was an all-cash transaction.
