Vitale & Co. provided financial and professional advisory to Proiezioni Future S.p.A, a joint venture between Borio Mangiarotti and Värde Partners, regarding the sale of a plot of land with office destination of use and relative construction agreement, within the larger regeneration project known as “SeiMilano”. The buyer is the Luxembourg fund “Orion European Real Estate Fund V”, managed by Orion Capital Managers. Deal Value approximately €100m
