Deal Announcement Healthcare - Jose de Mello Saude

IMAP Portugal advises Healthcare group José de Mello Saúde on €33 million financing. Portuguese Healthcare services provider, José de Mello Saúde S.A., signed a financing contract with Bank of China for €33 million, which is scheduled to mature in 2024. 

This medium and long-term financing has been used to refinance a €30 million Schuldschein Loan that was contracted in October 2017, with a maturity period of approximately 3 years. 

This transaction forms part of José de Mello Saúde’s financial strategy, which focuses on reducing refinancing risk, diversifying funding sources and extending the average maturity of its debt. 

Banco Invest, S.A. (Invest Corporate Finance – IMAP Portugal) acted as Financial Intermediary during this transaction.
