Luka is a Manager at IMAP Zagreb office, which he joined in 2026. He is involved in the execution of M&A transactions and his responsibilities include preparation of transaction documentation, financial models and company valuations, coordination of due diligence processes and communication with clients and investors.

Prior to that, he spent six years at Deloitte and Crowe, where he participated in sell-side and buy-side mandates, business valuations, financial due diligence and feasibility studies for clients across various industries in Croatia and the wider CEE/SEE region.

Luka holds a master’s degree in Analysis and Business Planning from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb.
