Haga Metall is processing details in CNC machines to customers in areas such as hydraulics, safety, electronics and life-sustaining businesses. Metallfabriken Haga was founded in 1946 and has since 1987 been owned by Jan-Erik Nilsson. After 65 years in the family the baton has now been passed on to Hallborn Metall AB, part of the Rudhäll Group.
Hallborn are working with contract manufacturing in machining and custom products in welding equipment. After the acquisition of Haga, Hallborn will have 52 CNC machines, around 20 other machines and over 100 employees.
Rudhäll Group is a complete supplier of machined parts manufactured through processes such as machine and CNC turning, multi-operation processing and assembly. Rudhäll Group has manufacturing facilities in Sweden, Europe and Asia and a turnover of around 330 million SEK.
“We see it as necessary to be part of a larger group to meet the demands and requirements of existing and new customers”, says Jan-Erik Nilsson, Haga Metall.
