Mobilbox Kft., a Hungarian provider of container rental and related services, has acquired the remaining 49% stake in Adeptum Kft., bringing its ownership to 100% and fully integrating the company within the Mobilbox group. The transaction completed in June 2026.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Hungary, Adeptum Kft. specialises in value security solutions including security seals, tamper-evident bags for transporting money and valuables, and special labels and adhesive tapes. Its products provide clear evidence of any unauthorised access attempt to transported or stored goods, documents, or cash, and are deployed across manufacturing, logistics, trade, and distribution sectors by a broad range of corporate clients.

The acquisition allows Mobilbox to complete the full integration of Adeptum within the group, broaden its product offering, and strengthen its position in the security seals market. Mobilbox currently operates a rental container fleet of nearly 40,000 units across Europe, supported by 14 subsidiaries and two franchise operations overseas.
