IMAP is proud to share that Trigon – IMAP Poland has been named Best Investment Bank for M&A in Poland at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2025. The prestigious award was presented during a global ceremony held in London on July 17, 2025.
Now in its 33rd year, the Euromoney Awards for Excellence recognize standout performance, innovation, and client impact across the financial services industry. With categories spanning over 100 countries, the awards remain a benchmark of global leadership and strategic execution in the Banking sector.
Consistent Excellence in Complex Transaction Advisory
Trigon’s win marks the eighth time in a decade it has received this distinction from Euromoney - a testament to the firm’s exceptional market reputation and long-standing expertise in the Investment Banking segment in Poland and the broader CEE region. The award was based on the firm’s results between April 2024 and March 2025, during which, Trigon advised on transactions totaling PLN 3.6 billion, leading several high-profile processes, including cross-border transactions, ownership advice, and public stock market calls.
The award underscores the firm’s ability to deliver strategic insight and value in complex, multi-stage transactions across industries.
Highlights from Trigon’s 2024–2025 M&A Deal Track Record
Among the standout transactions contributing to the award were:
- Advising CVC Capital Partners on the acquisition of Comarch SA (PLN 2.7 billion) — the largest M&A deal in Poland in H2 2024. Trigon acted as exclusive financial advisor to CVC
- Strategic IT investment by Total Specific Solutions (TSS) in Asseco Poland (PLN 1.0 billion). Trigon advised TSS, part of the Constellation Software group, on acquiring a significant minority stake and forming a long-term partnership with Asseco’s founder
- Infrastructure M&A advisory for Arcus Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of Fixmap, a regional fibre operator in Poland’s growing FtTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) sector
- Sector consolidation advisory for Netbox Group in its acquisition of S-Druk, a key player in the Industrial Packaging space
Trigon also supported several public-to-private (P2P) transactions and mandates in the Healthcare, IT, and Industrial sectors.
