Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, IOvations helps organisations across a broad range of industries protect critical systems, data, and users through modern, practical security programmes. The company has built deep client relationships across the New England and New York markets over more than two decades, with particular expertise in cloud security, advanced threat detection, and Zero Trust implementation.

The acquisition expands Alchemy Technology Group's cybersecurity capabilities and extends its geographic reach into the Northeast.
