Trigon (IMAP Poland) acted as Sole Financial Advisor to Allegro in connection with its PLN 6.0 billion financing package, comprising a 5-year Term Loan B (TLB) and a Revolving Credit Facility (RCF).

The transaction attracted 18 financing institutions and generated strong market demand, resulting in competitive pricing and reinforcing confidence in Allegro’s long-term strategy. The new facilities strengthen the company’s capital structure and enhance financial flexibility.
