Serent Capital, a growth equity firm with over $6 billion in assets under management, has made a strategic investment in Saisystems Health, a vertically integrated healthcare technology platform serving physicians in post-acute and skilled nursing facility settings. The transaction closed in December 2025 and financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Shelton, Connecticut, Saisystems Health offers a comprehensive suite of solutions spanning revenue cycle management, electronic health records, practice management, and payer enrollment services, tailored specifically to the workflows of SNFist physician practices. The company has embedded AI and automation into its platform to improve documentation accuracy, accelerate collections, and reduce administrative burden for providers nationwide.

Serent Capital's investment will support Saisystems in accelerating its technology roadmap, expanding its go-to-market capabilities, and further developing its AI-driven automation tools. Founder and CEO Manoj Wadhwani will continue to lead the business.
