Tensile Capital Management, a San Francisco-based investment firm focused on concentrated, long-term investments in public and private companies, has made a $100+ million equity investment in The Partner Companies (TPC), a US-based advanced manufacturing platform serving the aerospace and defence, technology, energy, and medical industries. The equity investment forms part of a broader $300+ million capital raise, complementing a $200+ million syndicated credit facility led by Huntington Bank.

Founded in 2010 and operating across 11 brands in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Asia, TPC has built an international advanced manufacturing platform specialising in photochemical etching, ceramic metallisation, infrared optics, and electroforming, alongside core capabilities in injection moulding, machining, metal fabrication, and finishing. The company produces highly engineered, mission-critical solutions for customers across large and growing end markets.

The investment will accelerate TPC's next phase of growth, enabling the company to expand its specialised manufacturing capabilities, pursue acquisitions, and advance equipment and process technology. Tensile's evergreen fund structure provides flexible, long-term capital aligned with TPC's growth objectives.
