IMAP is pleased to announce the successful completion of a €30 million investment in Sapro Temizlik Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. by the Türkiye Green Fund, for which Türkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi A.S. (TSKB) serves as principal investor.

Danista Capital Partners (IMAP Turkey) acted as exclusive financial advisor to Sapro on the transaction.

This transaction represents a significant step in further strengthening Sapro’s international growth strategy while enhancing its focus on sustainable and environmentally responsible production. It also serves as a strong reference point for green transformation-themed investments in Türkiye.

Founded in 1997, Sapro is among Türkiye’s leading and Europe’s prominent wet wipes manufacturers, with advanced production infrastructure, strong export capabilities, and a sales network spanning approximately 65 countries. The company further reinforces its sustainability focus through investments in recyclable, biodegradable, and plant-based products.

The investment will support Sapro’s continued international expansion and sustainability initiatives, including environmentally responsible production capabilities and operational development aligned with long-term growth objectives.
