Investfood S.r.l., a leading Italian multi-brand platform in the food retail sector, has acquired 100% of Macha S.r.l., an innovative brand in the healthy fast-casual dining segment. The acquisition brings Investfood's portfolio to seven brands and its directly operated store count to 100 across Italy, with revenues of approximately €50 million and a workforce of over 600 employees.

Investfood's existing portfolio includes Pokéria by NIMA, NIMA Sushi, Pacifik Poké, This is Not a Sushibar, Poké Factory, and Maui Hawaiian Restaurant. The addition of Macha expands the group's offering into the healthy and sustainable dining segment, reinforcing its presence in major urban areas and supporting its strategy of anticipating emerging consumer trends through portfolio diversification.
