IMAP advised the shareholders of Rohrsanierung Jensen GmbH & Co. KG (“Rohrsanierung Jensen”), a leading infrastructure service provider in the field of trenchless pipe and sewer rehabilitation, on the acquisition by HF Equity (HFE) – a division of Hannover Finanz.

Hannover Finanz sees great potential for further growth and structural consolidation in the sewer rehabilitation market. The segment is considered attractive for a buy-and-build approach. As part of its strategic partnership with Rohrsanierung Jensen, Hannover Finanz intends to continue the company's successful path and specifically strengthen adjacent market segments and supra-regional growth. Hannover Finanz is thus expanding its involvement in the area of secure infrastructure – one of the key tasks for the future for Germany as a business location. Company founder Stefan Jensen will remain with the company as CEO and co-shareholder.
