Grupo GTM, a Spanish industrial services group, has acquired SEGITEC Seguridad y Salud, a specialist provider of occupational health, safety, and risk prevention services for the construction and industrial sectors.

Founded with a focus on workplace safety and prevention, SEGITEC offers a comprehensive range of services including collective protection systems, lifeline installation and certification, health and safety planning, site coordination, deployment of prevention technicians, training, and materials supply. The company has built a strong reputation for technical expertise and a client-focused service model across construction and industrial environments in Spain.

The transaction marks a new phase of growth for SEGITEC, which will benefit from GTM's scale, complementary capabilities, and broader industrial network. GTM brings nearly 70 years of heritage in industrial services and prevention, providing a platform for SEGITEC to expand its reach and deepen its offering across the construction and industrial value chain.
