Hartman, a Dutch family business in temperature-controlled groupage transport, has entered into a strategic partnership with Primever, a French family-owned logistics provider. Both companies share strong family values, entrepreneurial spirit, and a long-term vision.

Founded in 1996 and based in Nieuw-Amsterdam, Hartman has grown into an international logistics provider, specialising in temperature controlled transport of fruit, vegetables, flowers, and plants across Northern Europe. Primever, established in 1963, operates nearly 60 locations in France and Spain and remains under family leadership.

This partnership allows Hartman and Primever to complement each other geographically and expand their European reach. It strengthens their market positions, supports growth, and addresses rising demand for capacity, reliability, and a seamless network. Clients will benefit
from a broader network and enhanced services, while both companies remain committed to innovation and their family business values.

For Hartman’s clients, all agreements, contacts, and service levels remain unchanged. Over time, the partnership will offer new opportunities through a broader network, additional service combinations, and joint initiatives.
