Garden S.à r.l., a holding company established by the Deprez family — the founders of Greenyard — has acquired 100% of the shares of Greenyard NV following the completion of a voluntary takeover bid and subsequent squeeze-out, resulting in the delisting of the company from Euronext Brussels in September 2025.

Headquartered in Sint-Katelijne-Waver, Belgium, Greenyard is a global market leader in fresh, frozen, and prepared fruit and vegetables, as well as flowers and plants. The company counts Europe's leading retailers among its customer base and operates across its Fresh and Long Fresh segments, combining operational scale with a strong focus on sustainability and supply chain efficiency.

The transaction returns Greenyard to full family ownership, enabling the Deprez family to pursue the business's long-term development away from the requirements of public markets.
