Adelis Equity Partners acquired Lundbæk & Hansen Bygningsforbedring A/S in March 2025 as part of a strategic move to form Circura Danmark, a new group of leading Danish renovation and modernization companies. The deal brought together four entrepreneur-led firms under a single platform focused on building rehabilitation and sustainability. Lundbæk & Hansen will continue to operate under its own brand while gaining access to greater resources and collaboration opportunities. The combined group employs around 400 people and generates approximately DKK 750 million in revenue. This marks Adelis’s latest investment in the Nordic construction sector, following similar initiatives in Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
